Gratitude

"Gratitude"
Don't look at it just as a noun....
Don't interpret the meaning of it merely through your brain....
But Feel it, really feel it , understand it, embrace it, let it flow unto you......deeply
Thus be friend with it.
Yes, i have taste it, "gratitude".
So peaceful, smooth and tender, embracing......
The taste of embracement is so beautiful.... no jealousy, no hatred.non evil.
It brings you pure joy, happiness.
"Gratitude"
Once you be a good friend with it, the goodness of it is like a flowing river, you can't get enough of your embracing towards it...... you feel good in within yourself
Once you mixed it with your uncertainty, or ungrateful emotion. This little friend slip away fast too. Because it couldn't be a friend of it's opposite extreme deposition," fault, jealousy, unappreciation..... those bad little feeling" But to be a friend with gratitude again is never too hard nor late, it is always there within you , waiting you to hold it tight, waiting you to listen to it,love it.

That little ungratefulness and gratitude is like oil and water. You can't mixed them, they are like non polar and polar molecules. They cannot form bonding with one another. That is why you see a layer of oil always floating above the water, but never once they sliped onto one another as a partner.....

When you mixed both of them together, you will get uncertainty.You can't taste the absolute happiness of gratitute.
Just like, when a person reached up to the top of the mountain and grab hold of that moment of joy on top of the mountain but slid back down so fast, without really tasting the sweet sensation long enough on the top of the hill.....
But,
if you unselfishly let go of that mixture, letting pure gratitude flow within yourself; the long lasting of beauty you will taste it.
You will reach so high up on the mountain, remain there enjoying the gentle sweet breeze swept onto your face, and no you won't slide down....
No one could take your joy away. It is chain unto you, unless you decide to let it go.....

Feel gratitude
the food on your table
the home u live
the event u experients
the people u meet......
Feel gratitude even if it is the slightest thing , something unsignificant to other people...
And you will feel that contentment is so easy. u could put a smile on your face so easily.
